Is there a cut off date for purchasing a ticket?
No, you can buy tickets up to the 13th June. You can also buy tickets on the day (payment will be taken via Paypal).
Can I change my ticket details?
Your confirmation email will have a link to amend your ticket. If you can’t find this link, please email email@example.com. You can makes changes up to the 13th June.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, transfers can be made up to a week before the event. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, cancellations can be made up to a week before the event. Please email email@example.com.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
No, we will be operating a check-in system that is paperless.
How do I recover a lost ticket?

Can you provide a letter of invitation?
We do not supply invitation letters for attendees. Please ensure you have the correct visas for travel before purchasing a ticket.

Is there wheelchair access at The Mermaid?
Yes, all rooms are accessible to wheelchair users via ramps and lifts. Please speak to our team when you register to get directions to accessible routes.
What time does the conference start and end?
The conference on 13th June starts at 09:15 and ends at 17:30. There is registration beforehand between 08:30 and 09:15, and a drinks reception afterwards between 17:30 and 19:00.
Is there a dress code for the conference?
There is not an official dress code, however we ask that clothing respects the code of conduct.
Will there be Wi-Fi available at the conference?
Yes, there will be wifi in the venue, with details provided on the day.
Will there be somewhere to store coats and luggage?
There will be a cloakroom to store coats. A separate area will be available to store luggage, however, space is limited, so we ask that you avoid bringing large bags and luggage if possible.
Will there be somewhere to charge my devices?
Yes, there will be a chillout space in the Lower River Room with power leads.
Can I swap tracks during the day?
Yes, there will be a small amount of time between talks, however, we ask that you do so quickly.
Where do I go if I need help with a problem?
There will be a help desk in the reception area staffed by our team throughout the day.
Food and Drink
Will refreshments be available?
Yes, hot and cold drinks will be provided throughout the day.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided to all delegates between 12:00 and 13:00. There will be a choice of hot and cold food. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.

Can I bring my own food?
You are not allowed to bring your own food into the venue. You will be asked to dispose of any items when you arrive.
