What does a ticket include?
You will have access to the online conference on 17th June 2020. You will be able to watch all talks on the day and join networking channels throughout the day. After the event, you will be able to re-watch recordings of the talks and access related materials.
Do I need to make a donation?
We are operating a pay what you can system, so you don’t need to pay anything for a ticket. However, we ask those who can afford to make a donation of £20 or more to do so. This will go to The Trussell Trust so they can provide emergency food to those disproportionality affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
Do I need to be in the UK to attend?
No. The advantage of moving the conference online is that we can involve attendees and speakers from around the world. Everyone is welcome to take part!
How can I pay for a ticket?
Payments are taken via Paypal where you can use a debit card, credit card, or Paypal account. If you need to pay another way, or are interested in making a significant donation, please email email@example.com.
Is there a cut-off date for ordering a ticket?
No. You can register right up to the 17th June 2020.
Are you limiting attendee numbers?
Yes. Places are limited to ensure good connectivity on the event platform we are using, so don’t leave it too late!
Can I change, transfer, or cancel my ticket?
Yes, changes to your ticket can be made up to 10th June 2020. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your ticket number and request.
How do I recover a lost ticket?

What time does the conference start and end?
The conference will take place on 17th June 2020. Talk will run from 09:30 (BST) to around 16:00 (BST). Each talk will be 30 minutes long, with 5 minutes of live Q&A.
How do I watch the conference?
We are using a web-based virtual event platform to provide a high quality online experience. You will be sent connection information closer to the event.
Can I swap tracks during the day?
Yes. There will be four tracks to choose from, so you can watch the talks that most interest you. In fact, the event platform allows you to build a personalised agenda. There will be some buffer time so you can easily switchover or take a break without missing anything.
Will there be recordings available?
Yes. All ticket holders will have access to an archive of the talks. This means if you don’t get to see something during the conference, you can catch up later.
How can I chat with other participants?
There will be networking channels within the event platform so participants can enjoy an open discussion about the topics of the day. You can also use social media — our hashtag for finding and sharing content is #MM20UK.
Can I apply to speak at the conference?
The call for speakers has now been closed.
