Marsha has been a driving force in the Magento community for about 5 years and works with MageMojo. She is the host and organiser of Meet Magento New York and is an international speaker. Her motivation includes helping others to get the most from community interaction and events. She has worked in many sectors globally and has a passion for helping to grow the communities she works with. Martha's roots are in S Africa and she has first-hand experience with apartheid S Africa and attempts to correct the fall out. She uses that perspective to address diversity and inclusion in tech environments.
